Prospectus is pleased to be supporting a national charity who have been instrumental in the delivery of major government reforms that contribute to making a significant difference to the lives of children and young people across the county, particularly the most disadvantaged. A champion for children's rights, they are seeking an experienced National Campaigns Manager to lead their national anti-bulling campaign.
As their National Campaigns Manager, you will form part of a coalition of organisations and individuals, working together to achieve one mission: to stop bulling and create safer environments in which children and young people can live, grow, play and learn. At an exciting time for the charity, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of national campaigns as well as account managing its corporate funders, ensuring that relationships are effectively managed and funder requirements are met. To achieve this, you will work collaboratively, and in partnership with, member organisations including charities and statutory bodies, as well as driving policy change by working closely with influencing individuals and members of government.
To be successful, you will have demonstrable experience of successfully managing national campaigns that directly supports the work of charities. You will be a strong influencer with the ability to develop strategy, establish and maintain relationships as well as possessing the ability to negotiate with a wide variety of people, including politicians and high profile individuals. Due to the nature of their work, exceptional communications skills across various streams, including events, social media, resources and media together with solid analytical skills is essential. Finally, the ability to work flexibly and undertake out of hours working and travel is essential for this role.
