My client who's a national youth charity are looking for a forward thinking L&D Advisor on a 12 month FTC. You'll be working within the People and Learning team on a major project in their central London office. The salary is £30,000 p.a .
This interesting charity helps provide children and young adults with the tools and skills to make something of their lives. They do this through financial and practical support which helps boost their confidence and excel in life.
The L&D Advisor job will help on a key project which is to build and set up an academy to help provide the fundraising team with the right tools to develop in their roles. This will be from the induction stage through to continual progression. This will help with retention and future recruitment within the fundraising team. Once completed, the academy will be in place for may years to come and will be a key education tool for all fundraising employees.
The ideal candidate will have a strong L&D track record and will need to engage and build excellent relationships with key stakeholders and teams. The post holder will need to be a self starter, confident and resilient. Finally this fantastic role will allow the post holder to leave their mark on the role and the organisation for years to come.
