Prospectus is pleased to be partnering with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), an organisation dedicated to world-leading training in the dramatic arts. We are recruiting for their newest Student Experience Co-ordinator to oversee the overall student experience.

As the organisation's Student Experience Co-ordinator, you will be responsible primarily for supporting and co-ordinating the student experience. As a central role in student and academic services, you will oversee student support, student experience/representation systems and attendance monitoring, coupled with keeping accurate data records of RADA students and maintaining student records. The post-holder will work closely with RADA's in-house clinics, scheduling appointments and sharing reports as appropriate, as well as supporting students to access scholarships and bursaries where required.

To be considered, you will be a proven professional with substantial administration experience. With a keen interest in theatre and/or the creative industry, you will have exceptional customer service skills with the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people, prioritise competing deadlines and comprehend complex situations quickly, along with great IT and organisational skills.
