Part time, 28 hours per week
The role will work at both Leap Offices as required. Leap’s Head Office, Wells Terrace, Finsbury Park and Leap’s South London Office, Cambridge House SE5 0HF.
Leap Confronting Conflict is looking for a Data and Impact Manager. The Data and Impact Manager is responsible for all monitoring and evaluation processes to support the organisation to learn effectively in improving impact.
The role will work cross organisationally to promote learning, facilitate information sharing and inform decision-making. In the short term the role will be working with the strategy and planning group around developing an impact framework for Leap’s new strategy and implementing systems around data collection and sharing through salesforce. Longer term the role will be involved in areas of collective impact and will work with the team embedding co-productive practices in Leap’s way of working.
