Are you passionate about providing high-quality data analysis and reporting to support effective performance management?  If so read on… 

You’ll be joining an established Asset Management Team, supporting the Capital Investment Manager to deliver high-quality data analysis and reporting to drive their Asset Management Strategy and investment programmes. You’ll provide cost analysis and reporting to improve value for money, including the links between repairs demands and other trends which influence the Major Investment programmes.

But you won’t be sat in an office, hiding behind your laptop! This is a hands-on role where you will ensure that systems are in place so that their performance targets in relation to asset investment planning and maintenance expenditure are met. Your effective communication skills across a range of internal and external people and organisations will be key.

With previous experience and strong attention to detail, you will ensure that high-quality standards are maintained while having the ability to see the bigger picture. You’ll have excellent planning and organisational skills, able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, taking ownership of own workload, backed up with strong experience and understanding of KPIs and Performance Management.

This is a full-time permanent post and the hours of work are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.  You’ll be based at our head office in Trafford, Manchester, however, our agile style of working and flexible working hours mean that if you need to collect the kids from school, no problem. Want to work late finishing a report and take the time back the next day, go ahead. They know that a committed and dedicated member of their team doesn’t clock watch.
