This organisation believes everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke, and are there to provide specialist support, fund critical research and campaign to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support. The Senior Direct Marketing Lead will play a central role in raising significant income to support those affected by this life threatening condition.
The Senior Direct Marketing Lead will deliver an amazing new approach to supporters of organisation, primarily through building an integrated approach to more meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with supporters. Reporting to the Supporter Engagement Director, the post will coordinate campaigns focused on acquisition, retention and income targets to a wide variety of supporters. You'll report on performance and successes of the programme at relevant points too.
The selected candidate will really enjoy working in a strategic fundraising department and will have an amazing understanding of audience insight and journeys. You'll have experience of developing and delivering strategic fundraising programmes, and will have ideally worked in a matrix management context before.
