Our client is a national charity that supports those affected by imprisonment, their children and families.
Position: CFO3 Case Manager
Location: North Kent Prisons
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,000 gross per annum

About the role:

As CFO 3 Case Manager, you will ensure the delivery and continued development of consistently high quality, cost-effective and responsive services, grounded in our client’s charitable mission, vision and values.
You will engage on both a 1-2-1 and groupwork basis with the hardest-to-reach clients to promote social inclusion and help transition into mainstream services. You will work closely with Partnerships agencies both within and external to the prison to help overcome barriers into mainstream activities for your clients. This is tracked using the NOMS Case Assessment Tracking System (CATS) therefore excellent IT skills and ability to work to deadlines is essential to this role.
About you:
The successful candidate will have excellent listening skills, the ability to develop relationships with clients, volunteers, and other stakeholders, proven experience of achieving qualitative and quantitative targets, and an understanding of the criminal justice system.
