TPP are currently supporting a leading children's charity in their search for two Community Fundraising Officers.

Sat within the community fundraising team of five, these roles will join a collaborative and open-minded atmosphere and work towards a team target of £1.2m.

With a focus on community fundraising, each officer will either focus on fundraising with individuals within the community or fundraising with community groups and businesses.

Working closely with the Senior Community Fundraising Manager and others in the team, both roles will have good support and the opportunity to bring in new ideas.

With a new 3-year strategy having been implemented into the public fundraising team you will have excellent development opportunities and the ability to bring in your own ideas too!

To be successful, you will have:

Proven experience of community fundraising, especially with community groups or individuals
Excellent supporter care and stewardship skills
Good communication and confidence in working with various stakeholders
Proactive nature and eagerness to work innovatively within fundraising
