Position: Care Coordinator
Location: London, Greater London
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 per annum
About the role:
As a Care Coordinator. You will be responsible for managing client and staff bookings, ensuring their clients have continuity of care and the most suitable member of staff to match their individual requirements.
About you:
You will be able to effectively organise your own time to prioritise activities to the required standard. Your ability to handle many different tasks at once and to be flexible in your approach to the way the task is done will benefit you greatly. A professional and customer focussed approach is needed including absolute discretion, diplomacy and sensitivity in handling confidential matters and information. Our care coordinators have clinical training, although this is not always necessary, strong clinical knowledge is highly advantageous.
Most of all you will be working alongside the very best Registered Nurses and Carers.
