Regional Fundraising Operations Officer 

Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading dementia charity. We provide information and support, improve care, fund research, and create lasting change for people affected by dementia. 

Position: Regional Fundraising Operations Officer 
Location: Flexible across England, Wales and Northern Ireland 
Contract type: Full time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 per week 
Salary: £19,964 to £20,770 depending on skills and experience (plus London allowance of £3,600)

About the role: 

We are looking for a talented Operations Officer to join our geographically dispersed Regional Fundraising team that works with a broad range of supporters including individuals, corporate partners, community groups, and Volunteers. 

You will be instrumental in ensuring that robust processes are in place to support income generation from a wide range of fundraising activities. This includes financial reporting, data processing, data analysis and supporter stewardship. You will build relationships with colleagues at all levels, both face to face and remotely, to ensure that teams are supported to deliver excellent stewardship. 

This is a varied role requiring energy, initiative, and the ability to work on multiple projects at once. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain experience within one of the leading and most exciting Regional Fundraising teams in the UK. 

About you: 

We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and a keen interest in enabling teams to work smarter by delivering excellent business support. You will have experience of using fundraising databases and of using excel to format and analyse data and will have strong interpersonal skills. Working as part of a geographically dispersed team you will have exceptional administrative and communication skills and a flexible approach to a busy workload. 

This is a varied role requiring energy, initiative, and the ability to work on multiple projects at once. We would like to recruit someone enthusiastic, keen to learn, and able to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timescales.
