Database Assistant (Fundraising)

Hours: 35 per week

About the role: 

The purpose of this role is to support the Fundraising Database Support team in maintaining and updating the Fundraising CRM by carrying out data import, checking, cleaning and maintenance tasks, and thereby to contribute to the development of excellent relationships with our client’s members and supporters. 

Working in their dedicated database support team, the Fundraising Database Assistant will help to deliver excellent service to their fundraising teams, members and supporters. Quick and accurate processing of donations and subscriptions are key to their finance and supporter care teams, and your judgment and attention to detail will be vital to their ongoing growth and success. 

About you: 

Experience of data input in a customer services environment; excellent attention to detail; good standards of literacy and numeracy; and the ambition to succeed in an often hectic environment, you will be an integral part of their fundraising team. You should also be able to demonstrate your ability to understand and appreciate the needs of our client's members and supporters
