Salary: £31,732
Permanent, 37 hours per week
 

Our client are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join their Property Division in Stafford and Shrewsbury.

Our client are a strong, resilient and effective provider of homes and care services throughout Shropshire and Staffordshire, with 12,000 homes, 25,000 customers and 600 employees. The Group has ambitious plans to build more homes and provide an even better choice for their customers and communities.

They are looking for an experienced and skilled Customer Service Manager who has the ability to operate as an independent and impartial investigator between their client’s and contractors to ensure the customer receives a fair outcome and to manage all complaints effectively.

You will work thoroughly to ensure that effective root-cause analysis are undertaken and recorded and have a continuous improvement approach towards quality, customer satisfaction and business improvement.

Requirements:
• Experience of working within social housing and the construction sector.
• Experience of delivering high quality complaints management and continuous improvement (qualification desirable)
• Experience of dealing with customers and managing complex queries.
• Experience working directly with regulators / ombudsman based approach is taken, for example; Care and Support, Housing and/or construction.

A valid UK driving licence with access to a private motor vehicle for work purposes, will be required for this role. You will also work across the geographical area of Shropshire and Staffordshire and any future geographical areas.
