Our client is a dynamic and successful housing association that finds and implements innovative solutions and aims to provide the optimum level of service to their customers. 
 
They have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join their team based in Long Stratton. You will be responsible for the management of their reception service, including Line Management responsibility, providing an excellent reception service to their customers.
 
Not only will you manage the reception service, in this role you will also contribute to the planning of future improvements works programmes providing information on the current and future needs for the main offices and buildings and anticipated costs.
 
Additionally, you will oversee all management of their Office buildings to include; appropriate security, repairs, decoration, cleaning services and maintenance is carried out effectively. 
 
The successful candidate will have knowledge of housing related IT systems and housing related technical and building awareness. Experience in Line Management and delivery of a front of house service with the ability to prepare and deliver detailed reports. You must have strong administration and organisational skills with a ‘Can do’ attitude towards finding solutions and problem solving. 
 
A driving licence is essential for this post.
