The London Wetland Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual whose primary role will be to drive all aspects of membership recruitment, proactively encouraging paying visitors to take out a WWT membership. Other duties will include organising membership recruitment activity within the Centre and working with internal departments to raise the profile of membership among staff and volunteers.

Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave

The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, have excellent face-to-face and organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with visitors of all ages and backgrounds, be both a self-starter and able to motivate others, and have a proven record of getting the best out of people.
