We’re looking for a strong and experienced leader to renew and deliver our clients Individual giving strategy, as Head of Individual Giving.

Position: Head of Individual Giving

Location: London with regular travel to Northampton

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: circa £55,000 per annum (including £3,299 inner London weighting)

Contract: Permanent

The Role

This is a hugely exciting time to join the Stroke Association. We are in our first year of implementing our new strategy and are more focussed than ever on our mission – to deliver relevant and insight-led support to those affected by stroke and to engage stroke-connected audiences in life-long relationships with the cause.

The Head of Individual Giving is pivotal to our progress. We’re looking for a strong and experienced leader to renew and deliver our Individual giving strategy; significantly growing our engagement with core audiences – those affected by stroke and our loyal supporters.

You will lead the Individual Giving team to continually develop the programme to ensure supporters enjoy the best experience we can offer whilst implementing growth and acquisition strategies that put stroke on the map and bring in new supporters to the cause. You will have a strong background in strategic insight-led direct marketing and successful supporter acquisition.

Alongside this, you will actively contribute towards building integrated, cross-organisational public engagement playing a key role in ensuring expertise, insight and experience within the organisation is best deployed to ensure our supporters and beneficiaries enjoy a lifelong relationship with the Stroke Association.
