Our client is a key provider of affordable housing in North Herts. Their purpose is to help people who are struggling to find a place to live . They help customers to stay in their homes comfortably, so they can live the life they choose. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced officer to join their Neighbourhood Services visiting Team. You will be responsible for the complete management of your patch, dealing with all tenure types, front line enquiries regarding income management, anti-social behaviour, estate management and tenancy enquiries.
 
They are looking for someone with experience of housing management including arrears prevention and recovery, neighbour disputes and repairs and maintenance issues as well as having lots of drive and enthusiasm in order to deliver a responsive, professional and friendly service to residents and other stakeholders at all times.
