Prospectus is excited to be working with King's College London and King's Health Partners to recruit for the newly created position of Principal Gifts Officer. This position is offered as a temporary contract for around three months to be based in their office near Holborn and paying up to £23.04 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.

We will be submitting CV's and one page cover letters on Wednesday August 28th with interviews conducted soon after with a view for a person start as soon as possible. After the candidate has started they will have the chance to apply for the role on a permanent basis in an open process with direct applicants.

Your role will be to support the Senior Principal Gifts (Health) function secure seven, eight and potentially nine figure gifts that will enable King's College London and King's Health Partners to transform health research, patient care and world leading educational programmes that will improve society in the UK and beyond, today and for future generations. The tasks in the role will include undertaking research, writing copy, providing administrative support, developing internal relationships with key individuals and contributing to making powerful asks that will inspire principal gifts.

They are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience working successfully on written fundraising bids to trusts, foundations or statutory bodies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to conduct a wide range of research tasks on subjects and individuals in support of the Senior Principal Gifts Fundraiser.
