Prospectus is delighted to be assisting Young Epilepsy in their search for a Digital Content Creator. Young Epilepsy is a leading national charity working to improve the lives of children and young people with epilepsy and related conditions. It funds pioneering research, learning, health and information services to support children and young people across the UK.

The main purpose of this role is to provide content on a new digital platform that will support children and young people with epilepsy to be better informed about living with their condition, by ensuring that there is a constant supply of content, which is engaging, relevant and reactive to current trends. You will develop style guides to ensure consistent tone of voice across all content, coordinate with young people, influencers and professionals to guarantee that the intended audience is considered and content adapted accordingly. Proofreading, producing info graphics, monitoring the success of content and its channels as well as interpreting publications that translate to the readers is key.

To be a successful Digital Content Creator you will have experience in managing relationships with stakeholders, producing and editing content in a variety of formats and for different audiences. You will be able to produce and edit video and animation and have experience of taking an idea from concept through to delivery. Having knowledge of different evaluation methods, good time management skills and the ability to work under your own initiative is also important.
