Head of Fundraising

TPP are currently supporting a national welfare charity who are proactively recruiting for a Head of Fundraising to join their team in Manchester.

As Head of Fundraising you will be responsible for creating and implementing fundraising strategy across a variety of income streams including, corporate, major giving, capital appeals, individual giving and events.

A senior role working closely with the Director of Fundraising and the CEO, you will work towards aligning internal and external stakeholders making them more engaged with the organisation.

Leading a team of 3, it will also be your duty to provide strategic vision and guidance to achieve the teams fundraising target of £1.5m.

To be successful, you will have:

• Proven fundraising experience across a variety of income streams
• Excellent relationship management and engagement skills
• Confidence in working with stakeholders of all levels up to C-suite
• Experience of line management or leadership of a small team
• Proactive and driven nature
