Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a youth participation charity in their search for a Research Associate to sit within the Research and Evaluation team, who design and deliver in-house projects to support the strategic goals of the organisation.

The overall purpose of this role is to support the internal research and evaluation studies, draft research documents, undertake fieldwork and review and synthesise evidence to support the understanding of growth and impact. Supporting the daily management of internal research governance and quality assurance processes, running focus groups with young people and charting qualitative transcripts and quantitative survey data is also key. You will also provide administrative support including, note-taking, website updating and liaising with external suppliers.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting high quality delivery of research studies, a solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods and their application, and be adept at managing multiple projects. Interest or experience within the youth sector is adventurous but not a prerequisite.
