This is an exciting time to join our client in the newly created role of Executive Assistant to Deputy CEO and Leadership Team.

You will have a strong track record of supporting the organisational leadership with their day to day administration and logistics. They’re looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and wants to work in a dynamic, ambitious and creative organisation.

About Our Client:

They provides young people aged 8-25 with high quality services, delivered through a network of 3,536 local youth organisations across the UK. Together they offer support, advice and training to over 1.5 million young people to equip them with skills for the future and help them engage in education, volunteering and employment.

About the role:
They are recruiting a personable, organised and highly efficient Executive Assistant to support Deputy CEO  assisting with all aspects of their day to day organisation, administration and logistics. You will also be required to provide ad- hoc support to other member of the Senior Leadership Team.

This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people and seeking to build up their knowledge of the charity sector. You will use your initiative, sound judgement and drive to provide proactive and reactive support. You will be determined, driven, pragmatic reliable and have a positive approach to your work. You will be tactful, eloquent and able to confidently handle information of a sensitive nature effectively. You will be able to quickly develop a good understanding of different stakeholders and liaise with them in positive and professional manner. The ability to juggle competing priorities, manage diaries and write professional emails and reports is vital.

A salary of £28,000 -£32,000, dependent on experience and other benefits including:
