Individual Giving Manager

The largest charity in its field, this health organisation are looking for an ambitious Individual Giving Manager to join their team. You will impact the organisation by increasing giving through direct marketing.

You will develop supporter development and retention strategies, lead an exciting new programme of cultivation and stewardship for their valued donors and help shape a new innovative digital marketing programme to recruit new sponsors.

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstratable experience of managing Individual Giving campaigns in DM
• Proven ability growing income in Individual Giving areas
• Experience working with the full range of digital channels
• Significant experience of creative development
• Project Management skills

Salary: £33,000
Location: Buckinghamshire
Contract: Permanent
