Senior Support Worker 

Our client is a national charity that’s been supporting people with learning disabilities since 1962. They put the people they support at the centre of everything they do and use their experience to work in partnership with them to provide personalised services to more than 3,000 people. 

Position: Senior Support Worker 
Location: Walberton, Sussex 
Job type: Part Time, Permanent (Flexible working considered) 
Hours: 20 hours per week 
Salary: Starting salary of £18,926 pro rata rising to £19,317 pro rata following successful completion of probation; rising further to £19,748 pro rata based on gaining a Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 3

About the role: 

Our client is a national charity providing creative support services across England to adults who have a learning disability. They provide a range of services including Supported Living, Residential and Day Services. They believe in the principle of ‘every moment has potential’ and incorporate this in the provision of all their services. 

Their support staff are at the forefront of this and on a day-to-day basis you will ensure that Support Worker colleagues deliver the highest standard of care.
