Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Executive Office is a new role established to hold a strategic overview of the organisation’s activities designed to ensure delivery of our ambitious 5 year plan.  In addition the post-holder will act as Company Secretary and provide first class secretariat support to the Board in pursuit of our charitable objectives and business plan in compliance with all relevant legislation governing charitable activity.

You will be an experienced ‘chief of staff’ professional with a track record in managing multiple complex projects, including profile raising and engagement with external audiences. You will also be able to demonstrate being able to delivery excellence in secretariat support at executive board level and for holding responsibility for Company Secretary duties.

Charity or education sector experience would be helpful to you in the role, but it is not essential. What will be aid you in the role for sure is an interest in working with young people as well as a personal alignment with our organisations values and purpose
