Job Details
This is an incredible opportunity to manage a team of 4 direct and 4 indirect reports across a variety of income streams and overseeing an income of C£2m at this national charity.
This is a great mix of needing a strategic view to develop the next chapter in this charity's fundraising journey and a willingness to be hands-on and develop relationships with key funders and supporters when appropriate.
In terms of selling the cause, the case for support is powerful, life-changing and emotive but can be explained in one sentence.
The board of trustees have agreed to further significant investment in fundraising and marketing in the years to come so the post-holder will have the opportunity to shape the department for the future
This charity are very flexible and family-friendly hence the willingness for this role to be part time.
To apply for this Director of Income Generation role you will bring:
Demonstrable experience of successful fundraising
Management experience and an ability to build long-lasting relationships both internally and externally
A willingness to ‘do’ as well as strategise.
Based in a great central London location and with a fantastic CEO, this is a great time to join this charity.
