Fundraising Administrator 

The Grants Partnerships Team is highly successful and are experts in relationship management. At the core of their bespoke approach are strong internal processes and systems which keep everything running smoothly. In 2018, working hand in glove with their Programmes Team, they raised £2.9 million from a range of trusts, foundations and statutory organisations; 48% of our client’s total fundraised income. 

Position: Grants Partnerships Team Assistant 
Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire 
Job type: Part Time, Permanent 
Hours: 22.5 hours per week 
Salary: £18,015 to £20,900 per annum

First stage interviews are scheduled for: Wednesday 18th September at their main office at East Clyffe, Salisbury. 

About the role: 

As Grants Partnerships Team Assistant, you will play a central role in their friendly, high performing team by providing vital administrative support, helping them to meet their teams fundraising target of £2.85 million in 2019 and beyond. You will be responsible for key administrative processes within the team for example: managing the team’s information, providing key management information, arranging meetings and taking notes, coordinating the dispatch of mailings to trusts and foundations, updating the database, and supporting the development of reports and proposals by gathering information, research and proof-reading.

You will need strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, a can-do, collaborative working approach and an interest in their work. You should be self-aware and able to work within an environment which is solution-orientated, agile and has integrity, courage and excellence at its heart.
