Permanent, Flexible hours available: 22.5 hours per week to 37.5 hours per week

 
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role coordinating an innovative lettings service that will make a real difference in helping vulnerable people to rebuild their lives and recover from homelessness.
 
Our client is looking for a National Private Rented Sector Coordinator to supervise the successful delivery and management of the scheme. You will ensure effective accommodation allocation, inductions, rents, void management and repairs reporting are conducted.  
 
Other areas include line management responsibilities, liaising with internal departments, external agencies and contractors, and implementing and reviewing procedures.  Further tasks involve supporting and developing the team to meet KPIs, helping lead the team to deliver continuous improvement objectives and innovate our working practices to increase the service social impact.
 
To be successful, you will have experience of housing/property management and delivering a professional and effective housing management service.  You will also have experience of assessing the support needs of vulnerable clients. Experience of providing excellent customer service as well as building and maintaining effective internal and external partnerships is also required.

They are open to applications from people based in either Bristol or Oxford. Access to a car is essential for this role as there is an expectation to travel between the regionally based projects in Bristol, Oxford and Milton Keynes.
