The Ufi Charitable Trust (Ufi) supports the delivery of adult vocational skills through digital technology. Ufi is an independent grant funding charitable trust with an initial fund of £50 million. Dynamic and flexible, their ethos of innovation not only forms the basis of their operating model but underpins the organisation’s vision for vocational learning. Their aim is to use their funding to enable change across the UK so that significant scale can be achieved in digital vocational learning for adults. Ufi wants to harness the potential of digital technology and ensure the utilisation of technology helps adults gain the skills needed for work. They fully embrace digital with no central office and all meetings take place virtually.

Ufi now seek two new Trustees to join their high performing and collegiate board as the organisation enters an exciting period with a new strategy. The new Trustees will share the motivation and values of Ufi whilst bringing senior leadership experience and strategic vision.

Ufi is looking to strengthen the board with two profiles; a senior leader with experience of asset management and a passion for impact investment, and an investment expert with experience in early stage venture capital.
