Regional Community Fundraising Manager - WFH 2 days a week
TPP is proud to be recruiting for a leading national health charity which funds research and provides vital support to individuals and their families. The charity is looking for a Senior Regional Community Fundraising Manager based within the North West & Cumbria*. The position is permanent and paying £35,747.
The main purpose of this role is to lead and inspire a team of dedicated community fundraisers to achieve their fundraising/income targets (collectively this is £1.5mil). You will also oversee and develop a range of community fundraising activities and identify new opportunities across the region. In addition, you will work closely and collaboratively with corporate, legacy and in-memory fundraisers.
To be successful in this position you will have strong people management skills and comfortable managing a geographically displaced team. You will posses a good income track record, be it in fundraising or sales, with the ability to manage and analyse budgets and expenditure.
*The role allows two days working from home with the rest of the time spent at a local office. There are over 10 offices in the region to choose from.
