Property Support Officer
Broxbourne, Hertfordshire
£18,580 – £20,645 per annum

Our client is the largest independent housing association in the Borough of Broxbourne, providing over 4,600 homes across Hertfordshire and Essex.

They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Support Officer to work across the Property Team to provide office-based and peripatetic support wherever needed, including with void properties and vacant sites, delivering legal notices, reading meters, alarm testing and materials handling.
 
As Property Support Officer, you will undertake site visits, carry out basic checks on completion of disposals or acquisitions; weekly testing of fire alarms and assist with compliance matters such as by delivering notices.
 
The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively and flexibly within a team and on own initiative, taking direction as required. You will have an understanding of Health & Safety principles. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels is essential. 
 
This post requires a full UK driving licence and daily use of a vehicle for business purposes.
