The Innovation and Projects Manager will take responsibility for providing excellent project management across several critical projects, both within the Fundraising department and across the wider organisation.

We will look to you to build on our existing innovation activity to support the team and to ensure that the department is fully equipped to achieve its objectives.

The Innovation and Projects Manager will lead on innovation projects and will work closely with teams across the organisation, guiding them through these projects from concept, all the way through to completion.

The post holder will also play a key role in embedding innovation within ActionAid UK and in supporting the upskilling of innovation across the organisation.

This varied and challenging role is ideal for those with experience of working within innovation and or product development, so if you have proven experience of working within a similar role, we are keen to hear from you.

If you have proven and expert knowledge of project management and project oversight, along with the ability to facilitate workshops and lead project meetings, you are an ideal candidate for this role.

To succeed in this role, you must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the confidence to present on project progress to stakeholders.
