Fundraising Manager

Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice are looking to recruit a Fundraising Manager for our Coventry Hospice. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and friendly team at an exciting time in the development of the hospice. As befits a smaller organisation, you will need to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic.

Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice provides respite, palliative and end of life care to babies and infants up to the age of 5 suffering from life-limiting/life-threatening conditions.

The successful candidate will be comfortable in developing strategies, working with budgets and forecasts as well as motivating and managing a team of fundraisers and support staff.

They will need to be an experienced fundraiser, used to managing people, have excellent communication skills and be able to enthuse others about fundraising. They should be able to identify quick wins, manage risk and progress long term plans for sustainable income growth.

They should hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.

They must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivery across all income streams.

Salary - £35,000  -  £39,000
