Director of Data, Technology and Development
The HTA is seeking to appoint a new Director of Data, Technology and Development to join the organisation at this exciting time as it continues to develop its ways of working methods and infrastructure. The HTA is a regulator that was set up in 2005 following events in the 1990s that revealed a culture in hospitals of removing and retaining human organs and tissue without consent.
You will be an experienced director, who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and a determined individual. You will have excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with staff at all levels, the Authority Board, members and external stakeholders. You will have experience of managing remote and office based teams as well as the ability to develop staff and maintain a positive working environment. You will have a good understanding of social media communications, experience of delivering high quality IT infrastructure and how to translate data into an actionable strategy.
