Corporate Partnerships Manager
Prospectus is excited to be exclusively working with the organisation leading the Skills Builder Partnership, to source a new Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their growing team. Currently, the Partnership numbers more than 650 organisations: 480 schools and colleges, 130 employers and 40 skills-building organisations. These include national charities like Business in the Community and Teach First, as well as employers across all sectors, from KPMG and UBS to Heathrow Airport. The partnership's momentum receives vocal support from leading figures such as Paul Drechsler, former president of the CBI. This is an extensive national network of organisations who share a mission to ensure that every child and young person builds the essential skills to succeed. The Skills Builder Partnership will ensure that one day, everyone builds the essential skills, experiences and aspirations to succeed – beyond just a set of qualifications.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, the Corporate Partnerships Manager will work alongside the Partnerships team to achieve growth in the next stage of the organisation’s development. Responsibilities will include developing relationships with corporates and planning and delivering an annual cycle of events to develop relationships such as seeing the work in action. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will also steward partners and ensure that relationships are upheld and developed over time.
The successful candidate will be an experienced partnerships and/or relationship fundraiser and will have the ability to develop, present and interpret budgets and data. The organisation is looking for a strong communicator with a passion for social issues and a drive to make a difference. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will need to be a self-starter with a collaborative, relationship-focused and highly organised approach.
