Fundraising Manager (Individual Giving)

Position: Senior Individual Giving Manager 
Location: Whitefriars Office, Bristol, BS1 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £35,146 per annum

About the role: 

There has never been a more exciting time to join them. With the implementation of a new Fundraising & Engagement Plan, they are ambitious to grow to help even more people with learning disabilities. 

Individual Giving is key to their growth. Thousands of people have benefited from our client’s work- those with a learning disability, and their families, carers & friends. They want to reach even more people to let them know about the great work they are doing, and you will be central to developing a strategy to reach, along with testing innovative ways to engage the public in supporting their work. 

You will line manage the Individual Giving Officer and be responsible for planning and implementing Individual Giving Acquisition campaigns. You will need to liaise with internal and external stakeholders including agency management to build strong relationships for the successful delivery of campaigns and strategies. 

About you: 

They have big ambitions at our client. However, these can only be achieved with the right people with the right skills and attitude. 

They are looking for a real team player with a strong understanding of all things Fundraising. You will need an understanding of finance for campaign management and have created, run and managed fundraising campaigns from beginning to end. To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate strong Individual Giving, Direct Marketing or Supporter Engagement experience both in Acquisition and Retention. 

You will be able to demonstrate: 

- A real passion for Fundraising and making a difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities. 
- Experience of managing and innovating Acquisition and Retention campaigns across multiple products. 
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to develop and maintain key relationships. 
- Analytical and budget management skills to monitor and review numerous activities and campaigns using insight to inform decision making.
