New Wine is hiring!

Do you sense that God is asking you to make a change? Do you want to use your relationship management experience and knowledge to work for a vision-led, faith-filled organisation?

We currently have a new vacancy for a Regional Manager (permanent, full-time role).

New Wine continues to press into the vision that God has given us. We’re a network of leaders and a family of churches supported by a charity organisation that encourages and invests in churches and leaders for personal and church renewal. We work to encourage and enable the ministry of the Holy Spirit with the expectation of the signs and wonders that go with being a disciple of Jesus. We are excited about the part we play in seeing our nation changed via the local church.

This is an exciting time to join our organisation as we continue to grow and invest in Kingdom work. New Wine has been sharing our experience of the Spirit’s work since 1981. We’re now celebrating our 30th summer conference (hosted at a brand-new venue in 2019) and launching Luminosity – an improved youth provision. We are also at the brink of implementing our new 5yr strategic plan.

Our vision and commitment remain to see local churches changing nations, and we know that it is time for us to further invest in church planting, empowering the younger generations and resourcing our network of >3,700 leaders and their churches.

To enable that investment we need to further grow our Head Office staff team. We are establishing a new relationship management model within our Regional Development Team and require a Regional Manager for the Midlands area. This is an exciting new role that will enable us to further invest in the network of New Wine leaders and churches in the Midlands.

The successful candidate will have the right skills and experience, a pro-active and positive attitude and will be an excellent communicator that understands professional relationship management.

Location – New Wine Trust, 4a Ridley Avenue, Ealing, London, W13 9XW. The post-holder will also need to visit churches in the Midlands. Working at occasional event locations, including 2-3 weeks at New Wine United at the East of England Showground, Peterborough is also required.

Hours – 35 per week

Context – The New Wine Regional Development Team exists to ensure the growth and health of the New Wine leadership community. It achieves this by building relationships and networking amongst churches, the denominations, ministries and key individuals in the region. The team represents and promotes New Wine passionately and shares the  vision to see local churches change nations. Using a relationship management model, the team provides vital communication links and enables relationships to be established between the breadth of New Wine leadership and local church leaders and teams.

Primary Purpose of the Role - you will be the first point of contact for church leaders and their teams from the New Wine leadership community (network) assigned to you. Working closely with your Regional Director (RD), you will collaboratively and actively provide varied levels of support both to your RD and to the church leaders you represent. This will be through engagement with the wider network, our events and resources, and the wider office and volunteer teams.

Starting salary – On application, dependent on experience.

Closing date for applications – Midnight Saturday 31 August 2019

Interviews. First interviews will be conducted w/c 9th and 16th September 2019.
