We are now leading the search for a Senior Manager - Strategy and Product innovation who will effectively spearhead an entirely new directorate that will be crucial to the strategy and overall impact of the entire organisation.

Reporting directly to the Director of Strategy and Products, this new role is critical in dynamically driving forward the purpose of the organisation, which is to engage businesses to become more responsible and tackle some of society's biggest issues. You will support the on-going development of a range of products and services, ensuring they are fit for purpose and that they meet their members' needs, while also driving long-term impact and being commercially viable.

The ideal candidate will have well-developed consultancy skills, ideally gained within a commercial setting, therefore, you will have a proven track record in business development, product commercialisation and formulating pricing strategies to ensure ROI. You will also be confident in your ability and approach at building effective and productive working relationships while also developing personal credibility across the directorate and with subject matter experts. Finally, this person will have experience commercialising products in line with segmented customer value propositions.
