UK Youth’s role at the heart of a successful, agile and growing movement of young people, youth organisations and supporters, is increasingly important against a backdrop of reduced financial support for high quality youth work. We are ambitious and optimistic that all young people have tremendous potential and opportunity providing they have the right support. As our Chief Executive, you will play a leading role in building, shaping and focusing our organisation and the wider movement to maximize impact for young people.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to develop and grow UK Youth and the movement, providing leadership inside and outside the charity, advocating and influencing on behalf of young people and the organisations that serve them. With an empowering and collegiate leadership style, you will focus on a ‘what works’ approach, promoting the work we do and its impact on young people. You will bring previous leadership experience from an organisation of comparable scale and complexity, and you are a credible and engaging communicator. Most importantly, you will share our commitment to achieving lasting, positive change for young people.
