Our client is one of the top 100 Best Not-for-Profit companies to work for in the UK. They are currently seeking a proactive, confident individual to provide efficient support as part of the Support and Employability Team.
 
They now have a great opportunity for a Lettings Assistant to provide and ensure outstanding customer service and service delivery for their customers.

This is a varied role in which you will take the lead on viewings and visit their tenants for pre-tenancy assessments, property signups and “property MOT’s”. You will assist the Neighbourhood Officers to take timely action over breaches of the tenancy agreement and ensure their tenants are aware of their rights and responsibilities.

Their ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position and therefore will have good knowledge of current housing legislation. You will be confident championing and promoting new services & initiatives and you’ll have strong negotiation & presentation skills. Competent in Microsoft Office and internet communications, you will have the ability to collate key data.

It is essential that you have a full and current driving licence and use of own vehicle for business purposes. You may also be required to work some early evenings and weekends as and when required.
