The Board of Unity Insurance Services are now seeking to recruit a new Chair and two Non-Executive Directors to support the continued work in providing bespoke insurance services to a range of charitable organisations.

The Chair will lead a motivated board and have the ability to form an effective working relationship with the MD of Unity Insurance Services, acting as a critical friend and taking an active part in strategic planning. This person will come with senior level experience within the insurance industry, bringing a background in strategy or business development.

The Non-Executive Directors will bring contemporary understanding of the themes and issues at play within the insurance sector along with a background in one of the following; sales, marketing, digital, claims, compliance, talent, organisational development or reward.

Both Chair and Non-Executive Directors will bring a passion in the wider social objectives of Unity Insurance Services and be motivated by the same values of integrity, respect, care, belief and cooperation.
