Head of Home Ownership & Key Worker Living (Social Housing)
Location: London / Essex - Various Travel between sites, with some flexible home working considered

Are you a customer and results focused individual with experience of leading a large team of individuals with a diverse skill set within the Housing Sector? They want their teams to be inspired to continually improve services and raise their satisfaction levels. If you are up for a challenge this could be a role for you! 

Identifying changes that will make a real difference for their residents, you’ll improve satisfaction with the way they deliver services and leading by example, you will inspire and engage the team to drive forward improvements by way of service improvement plans. You’ll have overall responsibility for the customer service and output of the Key Worker Accommodation, Leasehold / Service Charge teams and management of the right to buy, right to acquire and other home ownership initiatives.

With previous leadership experience within a similar setting, you will have an up to date knowledge of current leasehold and service charge legislation and experience of budget management. Being a natural collaborator, you’ll be resilient and able to bring positive change to the team.

The location of this role is based between multiple sites across Essex and East London. There will also be the opportunity of flexible home working too.
