Join our client as their High Value Manager and you could soon be leading a team developing a sustainable income for a wilder future.

Our client's vision is a Derbyshire rich in wildlife, valued by everyone, where wildlife moves freely through our countryside, towns and cities.

Developing and growing support from businesses, major donors and grant makers is critical to achieving this vision.

The High Value Manager will do just that; building on a growing major supporter network, stewarding exciting relationships and prospecting for new high impact connections. You’ll develop and drive a Major Donor Programme that establishes and stewards relationships with current and prospective high value givers, securing growing and sustainable income and work with the Individual Giving team to develop a successful pipeline that converts mid to high level givers to Major Donors. You’ll also support the development of successful bids from across the organisation to grant and trust making bodies, seek out new funding opportunities and develop winning applications.

This is a core role in a critical and expanding area for the Trust, with opportunities to set direction and grow a team so the successful candidate will need to have experience of trust and grant making bodies, bid writing and corporate and major donor fundraising. You’ll also have experience of budget preparation and you should be a full (preferred) or associate member of the Institute of Fundraising.

Some line management experience (team development, motivation and communication) would be advantageous and the ability to form and maintain productive relationships at a high level with a variety of busy organisations and individuals.
