Hours Per Week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (The nature of the work is such that employees may be required from time to time to work outside the hours stated or from locations outside the UK including occasional international travel)

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum  

Location: London, W10

ISUOG is a professional membership association and charity aiming to improve women’s health though the provision and broadest dissemination of the highest quality education and research information around ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology. With over 15,700 members based in 140 countries, an established peer review Journal and World Congress and an extensive online education offering, the Society is the leading international society in its niche medical speciality. 

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology and to support the Marketing & Communications function to achieve the Society’s strategic goals.

You will be joining the Society’ and have a vital role in the growth of ISUOG’s members and increasing the Society’s profile internationally, you will be engaging with existing members with the purpose of retaining them whilst providing the highest quality of service. You will be responsible for creating, deliver marketing and promotion across all member products as well as strengthen ISUOG’s brand. 

About you:

To be able to perform this role you will need a good honours degree, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant role and experience of working in a membership organisation. You will need CRM/CMS/Website project experience, possess excellent organisation & communication skills, manage a varied and unpredictable workload and be IT literate with experience of MS office Suite. Experience of managing social media and digital communications is also required.
