15 Hours per week (hours per day and working pattern can be flexible)

They are currently recruiting Domestic Enablement Workers to work in partnership with people who are experiencing mental health difficulties on an individual basis, using a person centred recovery approach that focuses on maintaining and strengthening their domestic skills.

Successful applicants will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high quality environmental standards across all areas of the care home in order to provide a friendly, clean, comfortable and safe environment for residents, staff and visitors to the home.

Essential requirements include experience in a domestic / cleaning role, a good understanding of health and safety regulations and a positive attitude and commitment to working with people with mental health difficulties, ensuring that choice, dignity and respect is maintained and promoted.
