Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.

We’re looking for a Business Support Officer to manage our two Business Support Administrators and support teams within the Advice & Advocacy Directorate. This is a great opportunity to use your administrative skills, management experience and previous project work to assist with our policy development, advice giving and advocacy.

You’ll be working in a fast moving environment where the work is varied, so you’ll need to be flexible and have a proactive approach to problem solving, good organisational and excellent IT skills. You’ll be responsible for managing the workload of the Admin Function, prioritising and dealing with stakeholders requirements.

You’ll be the first point of contact for people who need help with a wide range of tasks and will support with admin tasks like booking transport, processing finances, assisting with the organisation of meetings/events and coordinate a variety of project work.

This is a fixed term position until end of March 2020. The role is full-time and the salary is £24,654 + London weighting of £3,520 if applicable.
