This well known children's charity are looking for a Senior Marketing professional to join their team. Within this role you can look forward to leading a team of marketing specialists to develop and deliver long term marketing strategies to support key organisational areas. Line managing a team of 4 direct reports, you will be leading the development and deliver of their annual brand, key campaigns and support the wider organisations objectives through integrated marketing activity. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of integrated brand marketing campaigns and ensure that the charities brand message is strong and consistent across all channels. As part of the marketing leadership team, you will contribute to the development of the wider band and marketing strategy and work strategically across the organisation to ensure that audience engagement is aligned.

The ideal candidate will:

Be an experienced senior marketer
Have strong line management experience
Have strong strategic marketing experience
Have a strong track record in the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and brand management
