A Central London based youth development charity. They work to help young people achieve more and make a life for themselves.

Description

You will lead the charity on all internal communications activities, creating content across a full mix of media. You will be in charge of keeping staff, volunteers and other internal stakeholders up to date with the activities and events of the charity. This will include:

• Creating and implementing communications plans targeted at internal audiences

• Utilising video, blogging, print, internal website, social media and live streaming to reach audiences

• Developing and maintaining internal communications strategies

• Project manage specific projects and communications

• Working with staff, volunteers and other internal stakeholders to create content

• Reviewing and measuring campaign success and creating ad hoc reports

Profile

You will be an internal communications professional with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a charity. You will be a creative thinker who is adept working under pressure and always aware of being politically and culturally correct with their communications. To be suitable for this role you should have experience:

• Developing and implementing communications strategies and campaigns

• Tailoring communications to internal audiences

• Working across a full mix of media including video and digital

• Creating content upholding the brand and values of an organisation

Job Offer

This is a full time role offering £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience. In addition employees are provided with relevant training opportunities, flexible working hours, a pension scheme, life insurance, private medical insurance, season ticket loans and many other benefits.
