The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) are looking to recruit a Funding Administrator to join our friendly team. As Funding Administrator you will be responsible for providing excellent supporter care for RHS donors and RHS Fellows.

As a charity, the RHS aims to inspire a wide range of audiences by demonstrating the wonders of gardening through all that we do including gardens and shows, in our publications and online, and through our work in the community.

You will be joining a hard working fundraising team at a busy time half way through a major 40 million fundraising programme, which includes a number of exciting new projects. You will be the key point of contact for different types of donors, dealing with enquiries and correspondence via email, phone and in writing. You will be responsible for processing and recording donations, including those from the RHS Fellows, our Patrons group of individuals giving £5,000 per annum. You will work with the Head of Individual Giving and Individual Giving Executive to develop fundraising campaigns and appeals including raffles. You will also assist with our busy programme of events, from Legacy events at RHS Gardens to events at RHS Flower Shows. 

We are looking for someone with a can do attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion to deliver excellent donor care to our supporters and enquirers. Someone with experience of using a database for administering customer accounts and who has excellent attention to detail.
