Job Details
TPP are currently supporting a leading Children's charity in London, in their search for an Individual Giving Manager.
A great Individual Giving role with a well-known organisation, this post will concentrate on leading the development of their DRTV and Digital Programme.
Working closely with the Senior Individual Giving Manager your role will strategically help develop and implement an effective supporter acquisition strategy and manage a multi-million-pound income.
Joining a supportive team, this role will work towards a team target of £15million and line manage three others. Working collaboratively this is an opportunity to be creative and maximise the lifetime value of supporters through a range of channels including DRTV, Digital and many more!
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven direct marketing experience, with a track-record of success
- Confidence in working on Individual Giving campaigns, particular across DRTV and Digital acquisition
- Line management experience and be keen to lead others
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with agencies and external suppliers
