TPP is currently partnering with a leading and well established military charity to recruit for a Community Fundraising Manager on a 6-month contract. The role is home-based and paying £22 per hour (£40,367 FTE per annum, pro rata). You will be paid through TPP recruitment.
You will lead and inspire a team of four community fundraisers in Wales with an income of £2.4 million. You will make sure that the region has a mix of income activities to achieve income targets. You will also ensure that supporter journey is planned and delivered to a high standard.
In order to be successful in this role you will have experience of managing a fundraising team and managing a mixed portfolio of activity. Additionally, you will have sound communication and interpersonal skills in order to build effective relationships internally and externally. Finally, you will be willing to drive or travel around the Wales region.
